Audrey will review your health history, goals, current concerns, medical guidance, comfort preferences, and boundaries. You can ask questions before any hands-on work begins.

2

During: The Session

Pressure, positioning, draping, and techniques are adapted to your comfort. Audrey will check in throughout the session, and you can pause, adjust, or decline any part of the massage at any time.

3

After: Self-Care

Audrey may discuss hydration, rest, movement, or simple self-care techniques based on the session. Responses to massage vary, so contact Audrey or your healthcare provider if you have concerns afterward.

Your Comfort, Consent, and Safety Come First

Chest and breast massage can feel physically or emotionally vulnerable. Audrey approaches this work with clear communication, informed consent, professional draping, and careful pacing.

You remain in control throughout the session. You can ask questions, change the pressure or positioning, pause, or decline any technique at any time. Direct breast work is never assumed and is included only with your explicit consent.
